A Ministerial visit: behind the scenes of innovation and collaboration

We welcomed the Dutch Minister of Defence, Ruben Brekelmans, to our production facility, a space where advanced technology, dedication and precision meet to serve both civilian and defence needs.
The visit offered a valuable opportunity to discuss our collaboration with the Ministry and to provide a behind-the-scenes look at how our team develops reliable, mission-ready UAV systems. The programme included a guided tour through key stages of our production process and open conversations about innovation, operation, and future goals. Several team members shared their expertise, offering insights into the craftsmanship behind our systems.
The visit wasn’t just observational; the Minister actively participated by installing a radio in one of our drones, assembling key components and attaching a camera, engaging directly with the hands-on work that defines our mission. These moments were warmly received by the team, who appreciated the genuine interest in our day-to-day efforts.
Adding to the authenticity of the visit, the Minister joined our crew for lunch in the canteen, where informal conversations underscored the value of connection and shared vision. Our high-tech facility, which includes production lines for defence applications, operates with clear protocols around confidentiality which means filming was carefully managed in line with prior agreements to protect sensitive processes.
This visit reflected our commitment to long-term partnerships that serve both operational demands and strategic goals. Strengthening ties between public and private sectors is essential to advancing innovation and security, and we are proud to contribute to Europe’s defence ecosystem. By opening our doors, we were able to highlight not only what we build but how we build it: with resilience, trust and responsibility.
